Bill Buettner: Head Coach

Bill graduated from Live Oak High School, Morgan Hill, CA in 1983. He attended Fresno State University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and holds a credential in that subject. He has been teaching at Clovis High since 1991, and currently teaches Geometry and AP Statistics

Bill has coached with Rob since 1991. He considers his greatest personal athletic achievement to be finishing the California International Marathon in 1998. Actually, he's just happy he didn't keel over. 

Bill and his wife Beth live in Clovis with their two daughters Megan and Jennifer.

Rob graduated from Clovis High school in 1974. He went on to Fresno City College and Fresno State University where he competed in the 800m run. Rob graduated from Fresno State with a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education. His credentials are Physical Education and Mathematics.

Rob went overseas to teach in Zaire from 1980 to 1983  Upon his return, Rob landed a teaching job at Fresno Christian High School before going to Clovis High School in 1986. He served as Head Cross Country Coach from 1989 to 2009. He currently teaches independent study courses at Enterprise High School.

Rob and his wife Vicky live in Clovis with their two boys Jordan and Jeffrey.

Justin Graduated from Clovis High School in 2002. He is currently 11th on the all time Clovis High Cross Country performance list. Justin competed at the collegiate level, and earned a Bachelor's degree in History from UCSB. He then earned a Master's degree in US History from CSU San Francisco.

Justin resides in Clovis, and works part time at West Valley College in Saratoga, CA.
